CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Amber founded Red Creative in 2006 with few styling props in the garage and a dream to channel her vision into a career path that would deliver beauty and value to the world. Now 17 years on, things at Red Creative look a little different but purpose led design still drives us.
Known for her ability to distil a project to it’s essence, Amber knows how to balance the beautiful and practical to bring to life an experience that ticks all the boxes.
Amber’s dedication to the work is matched by her commitment to authentically leading the team, empowering them to continue to be and create exceptional.

ELAYNA
SENIOR EXPERIENCE PRODUCER
Elayna joined the team after being immersed in the world of Visual Merchandising and Store Experience for over 16 years.
Central to her work lies a passion for visual story telling. Elayna brings her creative flair, practical knowledge and planning expertise to infuse narrative, breathing life and purpose into each of our projects.

TASH
EXPERIENCE PRODUCER
It’s likely that if you’ve worked with us before, you’ve had the pleasure of meeting Tash. Part of the team for nearly a decade Tash brings extensive event and floristry expertise along with an approach to relationships that leaves our clients and suppliers feeling like they’re in the best of hands.
Tash’s eye for balanced aesthetics and her ability to think on her feet mean that projects are managed with efficiency and grace.

CLAIRE
DESIGNER
Claire joined the team as graphic designer after years as a freelance creative, website designer and several years in marketing. Her extensive experience in a vast range of creative fields means she brings a diverse approach to the design process.
Claire’s studio style is simple and clean, yet always motivated by a bond of beauty and function with the aim to deliver intentional design.

KATE
PRODUCTION + LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
Kate joined the Red Creative family in 2017 with 10 years of experience as a florist and dreamer of all things interior.
Our resident do-er, she’ll give anything a go and is not shy of a bit of hard work.
You’ll find Kate on site ensuring each of our projects is delivered to perfection, in the workshop on the tools or adventuring with her pup Enzo.

ROSIE
ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR
Rosie comes to Red Creative with a rich and varied background with experience across the realms of events, office and community management, and health and safety she ensures everything is running smoothly behind the scenes.
A true all rounder and not afraid to get her hands dirty, when not behind a screen you’ll find Rosie on site making the magic happen.
